Armature Bar-to-Bar Surge Testing

Bar-to-Bar Surge Test Accessory
The ABT bar-to-bar surge test accessory is compatible with iTIG III and iTIG IV models B, C, and D.
Use the ABT accessory to conduct a bar-to-bar surge comparison test or to surge test single coils with very low inductance. The test voltage measurement is 4-wire and not load dependent. The maximum ABT output is 1400V.
The ABT comes with the BBP bar-to-bar probe and FS-12 foot switch. Select the ASP or SCS as an alternative to the BBP.

The BBP bar-to-bar probe is included with the ABT accessory.
ASP
Armature Surge Probe
The Armature Surge Probe (ASP) works with the ABT accessory. The ASP is an alternative to the BBP that is included with the ABT.
SCS
Surge Clamp Set
The SCS surge clamp set works with the ABT accessory. The SCS is an alternative to the BBP that is included with the ABT.

ATF-11
Armature Test Fixture
The ATF-11 armature test fixture is used to conduct span surge tests of DC motor armatures. With an adjustable design, a span test covers multiple-bars.
Use the ATF-11 with an iTIG FS-12 foot switch for easy operation.
ASP-22
Armature Surge Probe Set
The ASP-22 armature surge probe set can be used as an alternative to the ATF-11 for span surge tests. The voltage measurement is 2-wire and load dependent.
The ASP-22 option connects directly to the iTIG high voltage leads using the connection box.
ARP-02
Armature Resistance Probe Set
The ARP-02 armature resistance probe set is compatible with iTIG models C and D with microohm measurement and multi-coil test feature.
The ARP-02 is a 4-wire resistance probe set that measures the bar-to-bar resistance on armatures.

FS-11
Foot Switch
The FS-11 foot switch works with all iTIG surge tester models.
The FS-11 can be used for starting tests and hands-free operation of the iTIG.
BCS-12
Bar Code Scanner
The BCS-12 bar code scanner is compatible with iTIG III and iTIG IV models B, C, and D. Use the BCS-12 with the iTIG model D PLTA-3 function.
The BCS-12 scans device bar codes for easy data input.
