Purpose :	First Release: 21 Aug. 2008 iTIG Project - software. This software interfaces with Electrom Instruments iTIG, for capturing data from a Picoscope 3204, and an B&B SDD16RS232 device. The data can be saved, and reported in various ways. As of Thu, Aug/21/2008, the CSV feature, used with ( MakeChartMod.bas ), makes a simplified report of captured surge waveform data. NOTE: MakeChartMod.bas comes with the iTIG software, this is only a reference to it.

            Initial project start was the fall of 2006,
            and even though some developement happened, the
            intense developement began in February of 2008.

 Purpose   : iTIG software

            This software interfaces with Electrom Instruments iTIG, for
            capturing data and generating reports from Capture Pro v3, or
            as of Thu, Aug/21/2008, the CSV feature, which makes
            a simplified report of captured surge waveform data,
            using a MicroSoft EXCEL macro (MakeChartMod.bas).

              Revision 12 - Computer upgrade to 1.6 GHZ Atom processor.

              Revision 11 - NEW AMT Pickups ( rev 2 pickups )

              Revision 10 - New stack board ( rev 2 board )

              Revision 9 - New iTIG control board ( rev 5.1 board )

              Revision 8 - Added air circulating fan (required if using
              a printer attached to the iTIG). The CPU remains at 100% when the
              printer is printing (at least on the test printer).

              Normal usage is about 50% - 90% during capture, and less
              when idling.

              Revision 7 - Added anti-click capacitors (.01MF 100V)
              to MODE toggle switch ( stabilizes the capture routines ) 

              Also added 5k 1/4W res. between MFB out, and scope input...
              (Removes most of any sporadic noise.) 

              (Model C & D with OPTION A )Added mods to allow both voltage
              waveforms, and ASSEMBLED MOTOR TEST waveforms during a surge test.
              

              Includes the software (.139 and greater)
              to control AMT MODE ( ASSEMBLED MOTOR TEST )

              Includes the software (.133 and greater)
              to control LO RANGE - P.I. relay )

              Revision 6 - Changed inline resistors (used to be 500 ohm)
              from the control board to 5k. Smoothes the waveforms at the 2kv
              voltage scale.  

              Revision 5 - Includes the new Lead Selector Sensors.

              This revision works on all iTIG models ( A-D ), but only fully
              implemented in the iTIG C and D.

              Also in line with this revision is a software change using a test
              select button vs the older combo box. The button allows the user
              to easily change tests, and will only allow "valid" tests to be
              selected as per motor type, and lead selector position.

              Revision 4

              NEW Multi-Function Board.

              New Auxiliary Power Board.

              NEW PowerPack Control Board.

              Revision 3 - CE certification completed

              The Power Pack pulse detector circuit is
              installed, and senses 3 modes of the Power Pack

              Changes made to the Power Pack control card,
              to work with the iTIG. (3 modes via the trigger port)

              Revision 2 - Includes the larger 800 X 600 screen computer,
              and, the "use VZ lockout" (VARIAC ZERO LOCKOUT BYPASS)
              modifications to the footswitch, and software.

              Revision 1 - First release hardware / software,
              uses the 640 X 480 (small screen) computer.
